Child Safety Standards (CSAE)
Foly (operated by Fruitlab) maintains the following standards and procedures to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Core principles
- Foly is an AI character chat service for users aged 18 and over (15 and over in South Korea). Users below the age requirement are not permitted to sign up or use the service.
- We apply a zero-tolerance policy to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- When such content or behaviour is confirmed, the account is permanently suspended immediately and reported to law enforcement and other authorities as required by law.
Prevention and response
- At sign-up we collect the user's date of birth, and anyone below the age requirement (18, or 15 in South Korea) cannot join. Anyone found to be below it has their access suspended and account deleted.
- Every profile and conversation in the app can be reported or blocked directly by the user.
- Reported content is reviewed by our operations team, and violations lead to content removal and account penalties.
- Child safety reports are handled as a priority, and materials are provided to authorities where necessary.
Reporting
Inside the app you can report immediately using Report on a profile or in a chat. For child safety concerns or suspected CSAE/CSAM, you can also use the dedicated channel below. Reports are reviewed and acted on promptly.
Report to [email protected]Legal compliance
Foly complies with Korean child protection laws, including the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth against Sexual Abuse, as well as the child safety policies of operating systems and app stores. We also cooperate with external child protection and reporting organisations.
